There's a movement afoot to amend state constitutions so as to prohibit health-insurance mandates. I'm optimistic about the movement. States' rights (i.e., federalism) is in the ascendancy, as more and more Americans see the connection between an expanding federal government and totalitarianism. Government has no right to tell me that I must insure myself against health risks.
