Our official high temperatures for the past five days have been 70, 76, 82, 89, and 95 degrees Fahrenheit. It's like heating an oven. It won't be as hot today, though the sun is out. The wind shifted overnight, bringing dry, cooler air from the north. I had a great time on my 4.3-mile run a couple of hours ago. Curro ergo sum!
