Many people are mocking President Obama's Nobel Peace Prize, on the ground that he has done nothing to deserve it. Since when is that a requisite? I predict that Obama will win a different Nobel Prize each year he is president. The only question is which prize it will be in a given year: Chemistry? Physics? Medicine? Literature? Peace? Economics? I predict that in 2010, he will win the Economics Prize. Not because he has enhanced our understanding of economics or improved the economy, mind you, but because he hopes to improve the economy. I mean, come on, the man is smart! And he talks good! Not like that dumb Texas feller we had. You know, the one who had to have another guy be his brain for him. Steve Burri will explain it all in a haiku.
