The editorial board of the New York Times is of the opinion that Obamacare is constitutional. Isn't that precious? What are the board members' legal credentials? What is the legal basis of their opinion? Never mind; they don't say. They act as though the Constitution enacts progressive morality, or worse, progressive preference. "I want Obamacare; therefore, Obamacare is constitutional!"
