David Horowitz gets it. Conservatives are sick to death of taking the high road while progressives lie, cheat, steal, batter, and smear. Donald Trump was successful precisely because he fought back against the forces arrayed against him. John McCain, who, by the way, never met a war he didn't like, hates Trump because McCain failed where Trump succeeded. McCain thought that being nice would get him elected. Sorry; it doesn't work that way. Ask Mitt Romney. Moral of the story: While it would be nice if both parties were civil and respectful, it's suicidal to be civil and respectful while your opponent is trying to kill you.
