James Comey is quite the creep. What I find hilarious is that he went from villain to hero in the eyes of progressives. The end justifies the means.

Addendum: Please don't say that Comey went from hero to villain in the eyes of conservatives. From the moment he went on national television to describe Hillary Clinton's many crimes (which is unheard of for an FBI Director), I knew that something was wrong with him. I have never viewed him as an upstanding person, much less as a hero. He has always struck me as a grandstander, someone to whom it is very important to appear beyond reproach. In Kantian terms, he wanted to (1) do the right thing, (2) do the right thing for the right reason, and (3) be seen by everyone to be doing the right thing for the right reason. Kant would be appalled by the ostentatiousness of it.
