Regarding “Cruel cuts for Californians” (Editorial, Nov. 3): Is it any surprise that President Trump’s tax plan, which will cut deductions for state and local taxes and limit mortgage interest deductions, will negatively affect the “bluest” states like California and New York?
Since Trump lost the popular vote by significant amounts in such states, this is his way of giving his opponents “the raspberry” (also known as a “Bronx cheer”).
