To the editor:
President Donald Trump’s reckless irresponsibility regarding North Korea is not making this country safer. And his behavior has been entirely abetted by the Republican Congress. Citizens have to demand that Congress fulfill its constitutional duty and provide a check and balance to a man who has squandered our international good will and is ceding the role of sober statesman to one of the world’s worst dictators.
