With Trump’s backing out of the American agreement with Iran and our allies, he is practicing brinkmanship with our lives. He is a threat to our safety and should be impeached on that ground alone. How is it that one man can have such power?
That agreement was arrived at after painstaking diplomacy, and with our allies as well as Russia. Calling it a bad deal does not make it so. It was a deal—a promise, a contract. The Iranians were complying. Trump has demeaned and endangered the United States. I am ashamed and angry, and I demand a reversal.
