The Post-Gazette reprinted an article by Avi Selk of The Washington Post concerning Donald Trump’s remarks about an interview of LeBron James by Don Lemon (Aug. 7, “After Trump’s LeBron James Tweet, CNN’s Don Lemon Accuses Him of Being ‘Publicly Racist’”).

The Pledge of Allegiance was adopted by Congress in 1942, and amended with the addition of two words, “under God,” in 1954.

It is time to eliminate the word “indivisible” because Mr. Trump is doing his level best to divide this country.

Is this really what we want and need from a president?
