The CIA has established that the rulers of Saudi Arabia are complicit in the murder of a US-based journalist, yet Donald Trump chooses to ignore his own intelligence agency to support a dictatorial regime. Such a position should be no surprise, since our president seems never to have met a dictator he doesn’t like. He regularly disparages our democratic allies while cozying up to people as autocratic as Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin. When will Congress wake up?
