Am I crazy or is President Donald Trump?
To my knowledge, there have been zero terrorist attacks staged by anyone illegally crossing our Southern border. The Islamic State group—real terrorists who have murdered thousands of Arabs, Europeans and American soldiers—have been beaten back but still exist in meaningful numbers.
Our president has chosen to pull U.S. troops out of Syria and Afghanistan. Who benefits from the troop withdrawal? ISIS, Russia and Syria are elated.
Mr. Trump choosing to shutdown our government in the name of national security, yet pulling out on ISIS, is inconsistent and dangerously misguided. The resignation of Secretary of Defense James Mattis over this matter ends all debate concerning this egregious error.
These two irrational moves in the middle of the worst December stock market slide since the the Great Depression are beyond belief.
I’m sure Vladimir Putin is high-fiving anyone within reach. By the way, stopping paychecks and the services provided by 800,000 hard-working tax-paying citizens is ridiculous.
Our hypocritical, deceitful and possibly Russian-puppet of a president is off the rails. I respectfully submit that my faculties are intact and pray for sanity to rain down on Washington.
