President Donald Trump believes he has full control of our government and our money. Such nonsense is why we revolted against King George III.
The National Emergencies Act expressly provides a procedure for Congress to terminate a state of emergency by passing a resolution. Congress has never used this procedure. But they should this time.
I urge all anti-monarchists to call their members of Congress every day during the current recess to insist on this action.
