The impeachment process is not likely to remove the president from office, but since President Donald Trump’s election, the environmental policies of the United States continue to stand against Earth’s recovery.
I would argue that climate trumps politics as the most critical reason to vote against our president in 2020.
We will survive an impeachment. But our planet will not get better if we spend four more years delaying much-needed climate solutions and continue our failure to help lead the world out of this crisis.
