Yesterday evening, Katherine and I watched Love in the Time of Cholera (2007), which I purchased (for $2.99) on Amazon Prime. The movie is based on the 1985 novel by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, who won the Nobel Prize for literature in 1982. The scenery was quite beautiful. Some of the scenes were funny and some poignant. The plot was interesting and easy to understand. The acting was good. All in all, I enjoyed it.
