The nightmare Trump presidency continues and where’s our leader? Pouting at the golf course, filing baseless lawsuits, and calling state electors in hopes of creating a coup to overthrow our democracy. Since January, his lies and cover-up concerning the pandemic have cost American lives. Why not enforce the Defense Production Act? Since January, necessary supplies, testing, contact tracing and vaccines could have been generated. He called Covid a hoax promoted by Democrats. Re-election was all consuming and his fear of the economy crashing rather than protecting Americans was paramount to Trump and his sycophant enablers in the Republican Party. Imagine where we would be with testing and vaccines available in most households today if we had leader who cared more about the health of Americans than his re-election. America has an AWOL president busy fighting democracy instead of the pandemic. There are lives in the balance.
