Oh great! Now the rest of the world knows what a slimy, ignorant doofus we have as Texas attorney general. And we all now know how desperate this clown is to gain president's attention so that maybe a pardon will be coming his way. Even most non-lawyers know the legal meaning of "standing."
And as for the rest of the GOP (heretofore to be known as Trumpublicans) who called for secession because the U.S. Supreme Court refused to turn our country into a dictatorship, how does it feel to never again be able to honestly hold your hand over your heart during the "Star-Spangled Banner" or salute the American flag? You forfeited that privilege when you failed your oath to defend the Constitution.
