  • To the editor:

Coan’s op-ed piece makes a good point, but it misses the most frightening aspect of the Trump presidency: the fact that the public voted him into office even though it knew that Trump consistently placed himself above the law.

Prior to the election, it was known that Trump or his companies had destroyed or hid documents in violation of court orders to turn them over to opposing parties in litigation, routinely failed to pay contractual obligations, established a “university” that did not provide the promised instruction, and bragged about assaulting women.

Voters nonetheless decided that it was OK to put into the highest office in our country a man who made it very clear that he believes he is the law. Whether or not Trump is impeached, the fact that those voters chose to ignore, or even reward, such conduct does not bode well for the future of this country.

  • The Mueller Report, despite being written by Angry Democrats and Trump Haters, and with unlimited money behind it ($35,000,000), didn’t lay a glove on me. I DID NOTHING WRONG. If the partisan Dems ever tried to Impeach, I would first head to the U.S. Supreme Court. Not only……

…..are there no “High Crimes and Misdemeanors,” there are no Crimes by me at all. All of the Crimes were committed by Crooked Hillary, the Dems, the DNC and Dirty Cops – and we caught them in the act! We waited for Mueller and WON, so now the Dems look to Congress as last hope!

  • It is time to begin impeachment hearings against Trump, using the Mueller report as a roadmap.

Trump has committed so many impeachable offenses, it is hard to count them. But it is time to start. He has violated the foreign and domestic emoluments clauses of the Constitution. He has encouraged violence. He has undermined freedom of the press and created a hostile working environment for journalists. He has put immigrant children in cages. He has created a fake “national emergency” at the border, meanwhile ignoring real peril such as global climate change.

It is hard to imagine a more airtight case for impeachment right now, unless of course he were to fly to a remote island in the Atlantic Ocean and proceed to ignore his duties for the next six months. (Not a crime, but certainly impeachable.)

The Constitution demands that we impeach Trump. This citizen also demands that we impeach Trump.

  • The Radical Left Democrats, together with their leaders in the Fake News Media, have gone totally insane! I guess that means that the Republican agenda is working. Stay tuned for more!
