I see no problem with Howard Schultz entering the presidential campaign.
If Schultz wins, we’re done with President Donald Trump. If the Democrat wins, we’re done with Trump. If no candidate gets a majority of the electoral college, the selection goes to the Democrat controlled House, and we’re done with Trump.

Democrat Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia just stated, “I believe that I am not either of the people in that photo.” This was 24 hours after apologizing for appearing in the picture and after making the most horrible statement on “super” late term abortion. Unforgivable!

Concerning “Trump turns on his advisers” (Editorial, Jan. 31): It’s laughable that President Trump, who still can’t grasp the fundamentals of how our government works after more than two years in office, tweeted that leading intelligence and national security advisers who reject his feckless foreign policy initiatives “should go back to school.” The only conclusion one can draw from Trump’s criticism of valuable information about Islamic State and North Korea being provided by experienced FBI, CIA and other national security agents is this: A man who rejects intelligence has no intelligence.
