I leave you this fine evening with a column by law-school dean Erwin Chemerinsky. Note the gratuitous jab at President Bush. It came out of nowhere, in a column that has nothing to do with President Bush. Why was it included? To prove to Chemerinsky's fellow law professors, many of whom suffer from Bush Derangement Syndrome, that he hasn't gone over to "the other side."
