I leave you this fine evening with a column by law professor Richard Epstein. His mistake is thinking that progressives care about the rule of law. They do not. They view the rule of law as an obstacle to be overcome, not as something to be respected. They want results. Anything that stands in the way of those results is to be ignored, or, worse, destroyed.
