Barack Obama has learned (the hard way) that there is a big difference between lecturing in a law-school classroom and presiding over the federal government. Geoffrey Stone, who has never held public office and never presided over anything larger than a law school, has yet to learn the difference. The only question is why anyone listens to law professors. Judges certainly don't.
(Yes, this is the same Geoffrey Stone who thinks it relevant to point out that the five justices who upheld a ban on partial-birth abortion are Roman Catholic. Can you say "anti-Catholic"?)
