At his rallies, Donald Trump calls for women who have not been charged with any crime to be locked up. Why does his crowd cheer, and worse, why doesn’t Congress rise up and condemn Mr. Trump’s terrible assault on American law?
Hillary Rodham Clinton, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Christine Blasey Ford, Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., have all been objects of his rants. This is the real witch-hunt.
Even though the Post-Gazette doesn’t report on that part of Mr. Trump’s rallies, women are taking note.

If the Democrats would stop being obstructionists and come together, we could write up and agree to new immigration laws in less than one hour. Look at the needless pain and suffering that they are causing. Look at the horrors taking place on the Border. Chuck & Nancy, call me!

I’m struggling to understand our current financial system.
Our president and his senior advisor apparently don’t pay any income taxes despite annual incomes in the millions of dollars [“Kushner paid almost no taxes for years, documents show,” Opinion, Oct. 12].
Our cabinet secretaries jet around the world on government owned executive jets or, if they fly commercial, they fly first class for “security reasons”.
And our congressmen get insider stock tips allowing them to bail out of investments before bad news affects stock prices.
So who does pay income taxes to support our military, infrastructure and our government? Who does pay full fare for a cramped economy section airplane seat? And who takes the hit to our 401-K retirement accounts when a stock price crashes?
Wait a minute! It’s us, the working stiffs who are paying the salaries for these grifters!

Beto O’Rourke is a total lightweight compared to Ted Cruz, and he comes nowhere near representing the values and desires of the people of the Great State of Texas. He will never be allowed to turn Texas into Venezuela!
