  • The 2018 face of Christianity, President Donald Trump, came to Pennsylvania to help Rick Saccone defeat Conor Lamb in the 18th Congressional District special election. He even showed what a true supporter of Mr. Saccone he is by taking the time to mention Mr. Saccone’s name in between bragging about himself.

He also sent in his son Don Jr. and Kellyanne Conway. Don Jr. visited Sarris Candies with Mr. Saccone. I guess the motto was “You like candy? Rick Saccone likes candy. Vote Rick Saccone!”

On March 14, the votes were counted and the verdict is in. Did President Trump, Don Jr. and Kellyanne help get Rick Saccone elected? The best answer can be summed up in a word that people in the Trump circle might truly understand. The answer is “Nyet!”

  • As the House Intelligence Committee has concluded, there was no collusion between Russia and the Trump Campaign. As many are now finding out, however, there was tremendous leaking, lying and corruption at the highest levels of the FBI, Justice & State. #DrainTheSwamp

  • A wise man keeps his friends close and his enemies closer. Our current president seems to ignore this important lesson and surround himself with "yes" men and women. Yikes! Not only it is unwise, it is scary. Being told every day, "You're right, sir! Whatever you say, sir!" is not healthy for our democracy. I hope the legislative and judicial branches are forever vigilant.
