  • As I watched the impeachment hearings, I could not understand how the Republicans could not see, what was to me, clear and dangerous wrongdoing by President Trump. Finally, I understood their vile behavior toward the witnesses. They could see no wrong in Trump or themselves because that is how they behave. They see no wrong in insulting, demeaning, smearing and questioning the patriotism of the witnesses.

I could understand their disagreement about what rises to the level of impeachment. What I don’t understand is their need to vilify and destroy in order to make their case. I guess they get it from the boss, who wants his minions to look nasty and tough. They succeeded.

Note from KBJ: Nobody questioned anyone's patriotism, Christine. Watch something besides CNN!

  • When the Military rips down an old & badly broken Border Wall in an important location, & replaces it with a brand new 30 ft. high Steel & Concrete Wall, Nancy Pelosi says we are not building a Wall. Wrong, and it is going up fast. Brandon Judd just gave us great marks! @FoxNews

  • Only someone who didn’t watch the Impeachment Hearings could believe there was no quid pro quo, that President Trump did not solicit political favors from the Ukrainian President in exchange for military aid and a meeting at the White House.

The testimony of Alex Vindman, Fiona Hill, Marie Yovanovitch, David Holmes, Ambassador Volker, Bill Taylor and George Kent was as compelling as episodes of an investigative crime series. I felt pride and relief knowing that these individuals have represented our country. They are the antidote to those who say that we should give up on our system of government, that we need a “strong man” to make other nations respect us, and that everyone in government is corrupt.

These men and women are profiles in courage, faith in the Constitution and the rule of law.

Should we expect less of our elected representatives or ourselves?

    — Cynthia Dzendzel, Felton

Note from KBJ: I watched the impeachment hearings and there was no quid pro quo. Have you been watching CNN again, Cynthia?

  • Support for Impeachment is dropping like a rock, down into the 20’s in some Polls. Dems should now get down to work and finally approve USMCA, and much more!
